Design and Art Experience
Design studios that taught processes of residential, commercial, hotel design, and collaboration with architects/landscape architects.

Art Studios that taught the processes of pottery, drawing, watercolor, photography, and sculpture.

Experience in working with Power Point, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Windows and Excel, Autocad, and the internet.

Understanding of composition, lighting, acoustics, design issues, art history and appreciation, video editing, and presentations.

 
Skills, Interests, Activities, and Awards
Skills in working with markers, pencils, pen and ink, oil and chalk pastels, watercolors, acrylic, idia ink.

Knowledge in building design, writing design programs, working with computers, quick sketches for art or design projects, and critiqueing art work.

Interests include: art appreciation, photography, music, computers, reading, and dance.

Activities include past membership of ASID for interior designers, student and national member of National Art Education Association. Volunteer time at the Lubbock Animal Shelter.

Awards for Art History and Design from Grayson County Junior College, have been on the National Deans list, have had past projects sent to competition.
